Catering Details Bookings and count required 48 hours in advance. If count is less than the minimum number of people and hours required, we will not guarantee. There will be a fee if room set-up is required. After 5 p.m. weekdays and on weekends, a 15% gratuity or service charge will be added. This will cover and include food set-up and service, clean up, all paper products, plastic glasses, utensils and condiments. |
